Focused on our staple, the fried chicken sandwich! We use high quality chicken breast, marinaded in garlic, buttermilk, and pickle juice for 24 hours then breaded with our secret seasoning and fried in GMO Free Canola Oil.
CHICKEN
Our chicken breasts are procured from poultry farms that are family owned. They are One Health Certified which means they have opted to go above and beyond traditional methods for raising poultry and made a commitment to responsible, sustainable, and transparent animal care practices. From hatching to processing each bird is humanely handled to exceed all USDA guidelines while also being audited by third party groups. Our chickens do not contain added hormones or steroids.
